The goal of this project is, to enable individuals, as well as organizations to change in a good and sustainable direction, catalyzed by EdTech. How can this achieved by this project you may ask? This can be achieved through 3 sections: 1) Individual 2) Environment 3) Development. In each section there is knowledge provided, in order to enhance understanding of those sections. Together with the understanding of those 3 sections, individuals with different roles see organizational development processes in a clearer picture.

Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) can be used, to enhance financial and non-financial performance in organizations. Gang et al. (2021) demonstrate in a Meta-Analysis, stemming from 6,272 research subjectsmaking up 22 studies, that KM leadership is positively associated with the overall (financial and non-financial) performance of firms. Specifically, it was found that the KM leadership–non-financial performance relationship is strengthened in collective cultures, developing economies, and the manufacturing industry.
